- A deposit of 40% of total cost is required
- A reservation will not be considered confirmed until we receive the deposit
- Balance due by 96hours prior to arrival
- For written cancellations that reach our mailbox at least 96hours prior to arrival FULL REFUND
- For written cancellations that reach our mailbox within 72-48hours prior to arrival 10% cancellation fees apply
- For written cancellations that reach our mailbox within 48-24hours prior to arrival deposit paid will be withheld as cancellation fees.
- Full cancellation fees apply for written cancellations that reach our mailbox within 24hours prior to arrival
